Spontaneous Separation of Epiretinal Membrane following Acute Posterior Vitreous Detachment Captured on OCT: A Case Report
This case contributes to the existing literature on spontaneous ERM separation via PVD with the mechanism of separation uniquely demonstrated on OCT. Observation may be a reasonable approach for patients with mildly symptomatic ERM who have an attached posterior hyaloid on initial imaging.
