Research on the composition and construction of reliability assurance system for manufacturing enterprises

Aiming at the urgent need for Chinese manufacturing reliability improvement, we analysed the development status and main existing problems of quality management and reliability assurance in Chinese manufacturing enterprises. Based on the GJB 450B standard, a framework of the reliability assurance system is proposed, which includes four levels: reliability infrastructure construction and education, reliability standard system, reliability management and technology system, and reliability audit and evaluation. The main content and logical relationship of each level are analysed. Finally, suggestions for constructing a reliability assurance system for manufacturing enterprises are proposed from the perspectives of guiding principles and action strategies.
