The design and engineering application of a large triaxial six-degree-of-freedom electromagnetic shaker facility
Triaxial six-degree-of-freedom vibration test technology is an advanced dynamic testing technique in the field of spacecraft environmental testing. This paper first provides a detailed introduction to the development of a large-scale triaxial six-degree-of-freedom vibration test facility. Subsequently, using a structural mock-up of a spacecraft, triaxial vibration tests were conducted on this equipment, and the test results were analysed in detail. The test results show that the triaxial six-degree-of-freedom electric vibration test facility has good performance. The triaxial vibration test technology is effective in realistically reproducing the actual rocket launch environment and improving the efficiency of the tests.
