Optimizing failure analysis through distributed monitoring strategy
Ensuring seamless interaction between the fault diagnostic system, operators, and the control system is imperative. To achieve that, the paper suggests an operational support strategy that integrates alarm information into fault diagnosis. First, a hierarchical grouping approach is proposed to identify critical alarms associated with each subsystem. Then, the alarm information is transformed into dynamic weights and integrated to improve the discrimination between different fault information. Finally, the amalgamated information is presented to the operators in a hierarchical status format. The proposed strategies exploit this advantage and provide strong practicality in actual nuclear power plant fault diagnosis tasks, especially in enhancing the interaction of alarm information.
