Research on noise reduction method of MFL signal of small diameter tube under large vibration environment
In the process of magnetic flux leakage (MFL) online inspection of coiled tubing (CT), vibration interference was easy to occur. It has caused signal distortion and affects the detection accuracy. How to obtain high quality MFL signal is of great significance to CT inspection. The calculation model of MFL characteristic signal under different lifting-off and shaking conditions was established to study the signal response rule of CT MFL detection under complex vibration conditions. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of traditional wavelet threshold/improved function, a new noise reduction algorithm based on weighted hard and soft thresholds and notch multistage filtering is proposed. The algorithm model was verified by experiments. The results provide theoretical support for CT inspection under vibration environment.
