Blasting evaluation method for relief pressure assessment of flat rupture disk
Design an alternative solution for flat rupture disks to save costs on the cover plate of the distribution panel. Due to the significant influence of external factors on its pressure relief ability, a scheme was designed to evaluate flat rupture disk using blasting analysis. Specifically, ABAQUS is used as a reference to simulate the assembly and ejection process of the rupture disk structure through experiments, and to calibrate the strain trend of the critical state of rupture disk ejection as a standard for evaluating pressure relief performance. Based on the explosion pressure data measured at similar positions in the arc explosion experiment of the distribution panel with the same voltage and current level, a constitutive equation for the explosion source is constructed, and the fluid structure coupling function with better convergence in Autodyn is utilized as a reference to conduct explosion analysis and evaluate the pressure relief of the rupture disk when it flies out of the critical point.
