Research on high current self calibration measurement method based on intelligent multi parameter fusion compensation

This article proposes a high current self calibration measurement method based on intelligent multi parameter fusion compensation to meet the needs of high-precision and large range current measurement. A method is proposed for real-time sensing and dynamic compensation of temperature, voltage, magnetic field and other parameters through multi-sensor fusion technology in the high current range of 1A to 720A, while effectively reducing errors caused by sensor drift and environmental changes using adaptive calibration algorithms. The method achieved a technical indicator of measurement error not exceeding ± 0.05%, with an accuracy improvement of over 30% compared to traditional methods, and significantly enhanced long-term stability and environmental adaptability. The method in this article solves the problem of high current measurement accuracy and stability in complex environments. It provides efficient, accurate, and intelligent technical support for the demand for precision measurement in power systems and industrial applications, with broad application prospects.
