Synthesis, Characterization of Some New 5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine-3(2H)-thione.Derivatives
Our study aims to synthesis some new triazine derivatives. Some 5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine-3(2H)-thione. demonstrated promising potent biological agents against specific cancer cell types. 1,2,3-Benzo[d]triazin-4(3H)one.is one of the substances that scientists are paying increasing attention to using as antibacterial and anticancer medications. Due to the presence of three nitrogen atoms, the triazine ring can interact with various receptor sites through hydrogen bonding and coordination interactions. The synthesis of benzotriazinone derivatives was reported by several study methods, which were then used in a variety of scientific domains, including printing, dyes, pharmaceuticals, and medicine. Because of their extraordinary biological activity, triazines—a well-known class of heterocyclic compounds—have been the subject of much research in recent decades. Researchers have paid close attention to the diverse array of pharmacological characteristics displayed by triazine derivatives. This work demonstrates the latest developments in effective techniques for creating a variety of triazine derivatives. When benzil (1) and thiosemicarbazide (2) reacted with acetic acid, 5,6-Diphenyl 1,2,4-Triazine-3(2H)-Thione (3) was created. Methyl acrylate was reflux with 3 in presence of triethyl amine and ethanol, resulting in 2-Alkylated triazine thione; methyl 3-(5,6 diphenyl-3-thioxo-1,2,4-triazin-2(3H)-yl)propanoate (4). Following hydrazinolysis of the ester 4, the corresponding hydrazide 3-(5,6 diphenyl-3-thioxo-1,2,4-triazin-2(3H)-yl)propanehydrazide (5) was obtained. Under the right coupling conditions, a triazine hydrazide derivative reacts with various amino acid esters and/or amines to form several novel triazine derivatives.
