Bi 3+ -activated Sr 3 SbAl 3 Ge 2 O 14 : dual-site occupancy and broadband cyan emission for WLED spectral compensation
The SSAGO:Bi 3+ phosphor shows cyan emission with two peaks at 503 and 544 nm, originating from Bi 3+ occupying Sr and Al sites. This emission can fill the cyan gap in LEDs, indicating promising potential for WLED applications.
