Low-temperature synthesis of red carbon dots with precise spectral conversion via a microwave–solvothermal method and application in spectral conversion films

This study developed a microwave–solvothermal method for the rapid synthesis of solid-state luminescent carbon dots (CDs) at a low temperature of 60 °C–100 °C and their application in spectral conversion films.
