Changing the Dates of Production and Brand Names Between Sharia and Law, an Intentional Fundamental Study

The current research dealt with the study of a very important issue related to protect oneself and money, particularly in this era that increasingly rely on manufactured products, and the fraud means are varied, its methods are facilitated. The study concluded to achieve the following findings: Determination of the terms that need to be defined and explaining their historical origin, through which the perception of the issue has been emerged, illustrating the issue’s relationship to the intends of Sharia and its regulating provisions, hence illustrating its rule in Sharia and law with mentioning the most prominent fundamentalist and jurisprudential rules related to the research subject, penalties and implications of the issue through which the issue rules and provisions are inferred, the study concluded with the prohibition of this kind of fraud, illustrating the greatness of Sharia and its validity for every time and where, with examples of some penalties issued by the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in this regard, that illustrate the computability of the concerned regulations and laws with Sharia evidences, and illustrating the great efforts paid by the state to combat commercial fraud in all its forms and aspects, and caring to protect consumer's rights.
