Calculation of a Highly Loaded Gear Coupling

Calculations for highly loaded gear couplings are developed. Calculations of the bending endurance of gear teeth and of the heat generation processes that occur during coupling operation under cooling by ambient air or by flow-through lubrication are presented. An example calculation is considered.
