Surface Roughness of 3D-Printed Parts

The surface of a plastic component produced by three-dimensional printing is considered. The dependence of the surface roughness on the 3D printing conditions is studied. The surface microprofile is analyzed on the basis of fractal geometry and the theory of random processes.
