Strategies to Address Energy Affordability
Energy affordability is THE topic at utility convenings and regulatory proceedings and, most importantly, with customers. Matt Nelson, former chair of the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities, noted at a recent meeting with utility executives that “Customers are waking up, showing up and they are angry!” 1
