Clarifying End Point Definitions, Missingness, and Covariate Balance in the International TNT Study

To the Editor Audisio et al1 assembled an impressive, practice-reflective cohort of 1585 patients treated with total neoadjuvant therapy (TNT).1 Their effort is laudable and clinically informative. We offer several suggestions to strengthen interpretation.
