Intrinsic-Constrained Multichannel Ptychography under Randomly Modulated Beams

To address the limitations in convergence speed and image fidelity in phase retrieval, we propose intrinsic-constrained multichannel ptychography under randomly modulated beams. With the combined effects of high overlap and randomly modulated probes, the convergence speed increases by more than 10-fold, allowing for image reconstruction within a few iterations. The parallel configuration of the arrays collectively amplifies the system numerical aperture, leading to a notable enhancement in resolution. Implementing in-process filtering in an intrinsic-constrained framework effectively reduces background noise while preserving gradient information. Our approach achieves fast high-fidelity imaging across an extensive field of view.
