Incidence of skin cancer versus overall de novo malignancies among living donor liver transplantation recipients in Taiwan: a cohort study
The incidence of de novo skin cancer following living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) is thought to be very low in Asian people. However, the higher risk of de novo skin cancer among LDLT recipients compared with the general population in Taiwan warrants sun protection and routine dermatological checkups for these patients.
