Magnetic catalysis of charmonium in the vector channel

We investigate the impact of an external magnetic field on the vector charmonium system within the framework of Hilbert moment QCD sum rules. By incorporating magnetic corrections to the perturbative contributions of the QCD sector, we analyze the behavior of the hadronic parameters of the <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <a:mrow> <a:mi>J</a:mi> <a:mo>/</a:mo> <a:mi>ψ</a:mi> </a:mrow> </a:math> resonance—namely, its continuum threshold <c:math xmlns:c="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <c:msub> <c:mi>s</c:mi> <c:mn>0</c:mn> </c:msub> </c:math> , decay constant <e:math xmlns:e="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <e:msub> <e:mi>f</e:mi> <e:mi>V</e:mi> </e:msub> </e:math> , width <g:math xmlns:g="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <g:msub> <g:mi mathvariant="normal">Γ</g:mi> <g:mi>V</g:mi> </g:msub> </g:math> , and its mass <j:math xmlns:j="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <j:msub> <j:mi>M</j:mi> <j:mi>V</j:mi> </j:msub> </j:math> , as functions of the magnetic field strength. Abstract

We investigate the impact of an external magnetic field on the vector charmonium system within the framework of Hilbert moment QCD sum rules. By incorporating magnetic corrections to the perturbative contributions of the QCD sector, we analyze the behavior of the hadronic parameters of the <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <a:mrow> <a:mi>J</a:mi> <a:mo>/</a:mo> <a:mi>ψ</a:mi> </a:mrow> </a:math> resonance—namely, its continuum threshold <c:math xmlns:c="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <c:msub> <c:mi>s</c:mi> <c:mn>0</c:mn> </c:msub> </c:math> , decay constant <e:math xmlns:e="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <e:msub> <e:mi>f</e:mi> <e:mi>V</e:mi> </e:msub> </e:math> , width <g:math xmlns:g="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <g:msub> <g:mi mathvariant="normal">Γ</g:mi> <g:mi>V</g:mi> </g:msub> </g:math> , and its mass <j:math xmlns:j="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"> <j:msub> <j:mi>M</j:mi> <j:mi>V</j:mi> </j:msub> </j:math> , as functions of the magnetic field strength.
