Cutaneous toxicity and management in carcinoembryonic antigen-targeted chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy for solid tumours
Cutaneous toxicity following CAR-T therapy is closely linked to immune-cell subset expansion and cytokine dynamics. Prophylactic H1-antihistamines showed effective prevention of rash development, thereby improving the safety profile in solid tumour CAR-T therapy.
