Outsourced security personnel of service outsourcing is an important part of the civil defense force of state-owned museums. To study the ideological state of this kind of security personnel is an important content related to the stability of the security team of state-owned museums and the security of museums. This study takes the security personnel dispatched by W Security Company to the three museums as the research object. By means of discussion, one-to-one interview and questionnaire survey, the ideological status of the security personnel of the service outsourcing service is investigated and analyzed respectively. It is concluded that the ideological status of the security personnel of the three museums is generally stable, with a strong sense of responsibility and a basic sense of service. However, there are common problems such as low sense of professional identity, lack of sense of ownership, and greater work pressure to varying degrees. This paper tries to analyze the causes of these problems from four aspects: employment system, museum management, security company management, and individual security personnel. Finally, it puts forward targeted suggestions for the ideological education of security personnel in service outsourcing in museums.
