HİZMETKÂR LİDERLİK ÜZERİNE BİBLİYOMETRİK BİR ANALİZ

Leadership approaches have emerged as a result of the scientific examination of the leadership phenomenon, which is believed to have existed throughout human history. Following classical models such as the trait, behavioral, and situational approaches, modern leadership theories have found their place in the literature. This study aims to provide an overview of the evolutionary development of servant leadership, one of the modern leadership approaches, by analyzing relevant scientific publications through a holistic approach. Based on a search conducted in the Web of Science (WoS) database using the keyword “servant leadership”, a total of 2100 publications published between 1978 and 2025 were included in the analysis. Using VOSviewer and R, the analysis identified prominent authors, articles, sources, institutions, countries, keywords, themes, and trends related to servant leadership. The quantitative data were visualized and systematically interpreted to offer a guiding framework for researchers and practitioners interested in the subject.
