Did court dismiss Title VII hostile environment claim?

A tenured associate professor and director of the Immersion Science Program at the Research Institute of Fox Chase Cancer Center received repeated inappropriate messages from her supervisor. When these communications became more persistent, the professor reported him to another supervisor and to Temple's Title IX office. The institute told her the supervisor's behavior amounted to harassment and that he would be terminated. However, the institute declined to terminate the supervisor.
