The relationship between 24-h movement behaviors and internalizing and externalizing problems in children: a systematic review
Adherence to 24-h movement behavior guidelines is associated with improvements in externalizing problems, but further studies are needed to explore the relationship between adherence to these guidelines and internalizing problems. These findings suggest that public health policies should recommend healthy behavior practices for children and adolescents to prevent and control potential mental health issues.
