Amino-imidazolin-2-imine Cu( <scp>i</scp> ) complexes: ligand screening and tuning of photophysical properties

Amino-imidazolin-2-imine ligands give rise to structurally diverse Cu( i ) complexes. Their photophysical properties can be tuned by ancillary ligands, with chalcogen-bridged phosphines affording the most intense and long-lived solid-state emission.
