ABD'nin Küresel Teknoloji Politikası: Dijital Egemenlik ve Rekabet

This study analyzes the global technology policies of the United States within the framework of digital sovereignty and competition. The measures taken by the U.S. against 5G technology and Huawei, its relations with major technology companies, cybersecurity strategies, and investments in technological innovation are examined as key elements of its leadership struggle in the digital world. Sanctions imposed on Huawei aim to limit China’s global influence, while U.S. tech giants provide significant advantages in international competition. Additionally, the defense methods developed against cybersecurity threats not only enhance national security but also contribute to the establishment of international norms. Innovations in fields such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and space technologies strengthen the U.S.’s global leadership. This study comprehensively explores the impacts of U.S. technology policies on international power dynamics and presents recommendations for future strategies.
