The regulations regarding the application to the first-degree appeal against the decisions of the enforcement court have different aspects from the general first-degree appeal in the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. For this reason, it is important to subject the first-degree appeal against the decisions of the enforcement court to a separate evaluation with its specific aspects and to examine the opinions in the doctrine and the situation in practice. In the work that is the subject of our study, the application of the first-degree appeal against the decisions of the enforcement court is analyzed under three main headings: “The Duty of the Enforcement Court, Trial Procedure, Decisions, and Legal Remedies Against These Decisions”, “Application for Legal Remedies Against the Decisions of the Enforcement Court” and “First-Degree Appeal Review and Possible Outcomes of This Review”. In this context, each chapter will be analyzed separately and our assessments on the controversial issues will be explained within the framework of the author’s views.
