Association Between Resilience and Psychological Symptoms With Quality of Life in Pregnant Women With Hypertension: A Cross‐Sectional Study
Overall, women with pregnancy-related blood pressure disorders reported relatively low scores in both quality of life and resilience. Their mental health status was also less than favorable. Given the positive influence of resilience, education level, and income, as well as the negative effects of depression and anxiety on quality of life, it is crucial to address psychological factors. Resilience-focused interventions and psychological strategies, such as mindfulness-based skills, are essential to enhance the quality of life for these women.
