Use of a novel debriding agent based on collagenase and hyaluronate lyase to enhance angiogenesis, stimulate healing, and reduce pain in chronic cutaneous wounds.
The novel formulation demonstrated efficacy in promoting vascularization and reducing the wound area, indicating that it could be a valuable tool for treating chronic ulcers, with significant potential for promoting faster and more effective healing than conventional options.
