Knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding breast self-examination among female schoolteachers in Northern Jordan
The study revealed that although a majority of women in Irbid demonstrated knowledge of breast self-examination (BSE), their actual practices were insufficient. Given the significance of BSE in resource-limited settings, the findings underscore the necessity for enhanced awareness campaigns and educational initiatives aimed at improving BSE practices and promoting breast cancer prevention.
