Stepwise Annular Reconstruction for Redo Double-Valve Surgery in Severe Mitral Annular Calcification
This case illustrates a viable surgical strategy for high-risk redo double-valve procedures. Bovine patch reconstruction enabled stable valve implantation and functional restoration in the setting of extensive MAC.
