APPLICATION EFFECT OF INDIVIDUALIZED DIETARY INTERVENTION IN ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE COMPLICATED WITH RENAL INSUFFICIENCY
Abstract Objective To analyze the application effect of individualized dietary intervention in elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with renal insufficiency. Methods Elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with renal insufficiency were selected as observation subjects. They were divided into Group A, Group B, and Group C, each group was randomly divided into two groups. All six groups of patients were given standardized drug treatment, and patients in groups A2, B2, and C2 were given individualized dietary intervention on this basis. Hemodynamic indicators, renal function, urine output, NT-proBNP levels, various serological indicators and clinical efficacy were compared. Results Compared with before treatment, the levels of cardiac ultrasound SV, LVEF, urine output, PAB, serum ALB, and TF in each group were all increased. The levels of LVEDD, LVESD, BUN, Cr, and NT-proBNP all decreased. Compared with groups A1, B1 and C1 respectively, the levels of cardiac ultrasound SV, LVEF, urine volume, PAB, ALB and TF in groups A2, B2 and C2 were all increased, while the levels of LVEDD, LVESD, BUN, Cr and NT-proBNP were all decreased. After treatment, total effective rate of group A1 was higher than the other groups, and total effective rate of group C2 was lower than the other groups. Conclusions Elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated with renal insufficiency, combined with individualized dietary intervention on the basis of standardized drug treatment, can improve cardiac and renal functions, improve nutritional status of the body, and enhance clinical efficacy.
