Thermal transport analysis for magnetized radiative flow of ternary nanomaterial invoking convective constraints

and objective Heat transport phenomena have been captivated by many researchers and scientists due to their various applications in different thermal management and engineering practices. Few recognized applications of these processes are metal casting, designing of efficient cooling devices, material insulation, induction motors, polymer extrusion, heat exchangers, radiators, brake rotors, electricity generators, cryotherapy, sterilization etc. It is considered that the thermal conductivity of conventional fluids is lower than that of corresponding nanoliquids. Modified version of nanomaterials is achieved by the suspension of two or more different nanoparticles in ordinary fluid and is named as hybrid nanoliquid. Here the combination of three nanoparticles ( A l 2 O 3 , F e 2 O 4 and C u ) along with ethylene glycol (base fluid) is dispersed to make ternary hybrid nanomaterial. Magnetized flow of radiative ternary hybrid nanoliquid ( A l 2 O 3 , F e 2 O 4 , C u /ethylene glycol) subject to curved stretched surface is under consideration. Convective constraints are utilized in heat transport process. Heat generation, viscous dissipation and thermal radiation are deliberated in energy expression. Formulation of non-similar solutions is analyzed. Appropriate transformations are employed to solve the given system of differential equations. The resulting system of equations is numerically computed by ND-solve method. Performance of fluid flow, concentration and thermal field via emerging variables are graphically discussed. Influence of influential variables on drag force coefficient, Sherwood number, Nusselt number are explored. Comparison is made between flat and curved stretched surfaces for different outcomes of physical quantities. An increase in radiation leads to temperature augmentation. An intensification in surface drag force through larger magnetic field variable is detected whereas decreasing trend seen for velocity Reverse trend for temperature through curvature variable and Prandtl number is witnessed. Same characteristics for heat transport rate and temperature through curvature variable is detected.

Abstract

and objective Heat transport phenomena have been captivated by many researchers and scientists due to their various applications in different thermal management and engineering practices.
