Protective Efficacy of Two Novel DNA Vaccine Candidates Encoding TgGRA28 and TgGRA83 with an IL-28B Molecular Adjuvant Against Acute and Chronic Toxoplasmosis in Mice
Our findings demonstrate that TgGRA28 and TgGRA83 are promising vaccine candidates against toxoplasmosis, capable of inducing protective immunity against acute and chronic infection. Moreover, IL-28B serves as a potent genetic adjuvant, warranting further investigation for its broader application in vaccines targeting apicomplexan parasites.
