Horses and ADHD: the ASTride intervention for cognitive and emotional growth
The ASTride intervention showed efficacy in improving executive functions, hope, and self-efficacy, while reducing anxiety in children with ADHD, supporting its potential as a comprehensive therapeutic approach.
