ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF PAIN CARE COMBINED WITH PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING ON THE REHABILITATION QUALITY OF PATIENTS AFTER VASCULAR SURGERY INTERVENTION
Abstract Objective To analyze the impact of combining pain care with psychological counseling on the rehabilitation quality of patients after vascular surgery intervention. Method 250 patients who underwent vascular surgery intervention in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study sample. The sample patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 125 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received a combination of pain care and psychological counseling under the premise of routine care. The postoperative pain level, psychological status, rehabilitation indicators, incidence of complications, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared. Result The postoperative pain score of the observation group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group. The psychological state of the observation group patients was better, and the improvement of rehabilitation indicators was better than that of the control group. The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The combined use of pain care and psychological counseling can significantly reduce the pain of patients after vascular surgery intervention, optimize their psychological condition, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
