THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF QIZHI YISHEN CAPSULE ON DIABETIC KIDNEY DISEASE
Abstract Objectives To explore the clinical efficacy of Qizhi Yishen capsule (QYC) combined with dapagliflozin in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease (DKD). Methods From May 2024 to April 2025, 80 patients with early DKD who were admitted to the 970th Hospital of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dapagliflozin, while the observation group was treated with QYC combined with dapagliflozin. The renal function indicators and blood glucose indicators of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of serum urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (SCr) and 24-hour urine protein quantification (24 h Upro) in the observation group were lower after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (all p<.05). Compared with the control group, the fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2 h PBG) levels in the observation group were lower after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (all p<.05). Conclusions In the treatment of DKD patients, using the QYC combined with dapagliflozin treatment regimen can better improve the renal function indicators and blood glucose indicators of patients compared with single dapagliflozin treatment.
