APPLICATION OF DIVERSIFIED NURSING IN PATIENTS WITH HIP FRACTURE
Abstract Objectives To explore the application effect of diversified nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hip fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 120 hip fracture patients admitted to our hospital in 2024. These patients were divided into the control group and the observation group based on different nursing methods, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with diversified nursing. The hip function, pain degree, psychological state, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the Harris score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the VAS score was lower than that of control group. SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The total complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusions Diversified nursing can significantly improve hip joint function, reduce the impact of negative emotions and pain, lower the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and thus facilitate the rapid recovery of patients with hip fracture.
