Analysis of structure of the PhTNS vesicles based on small-angle neutron scattering data obtained at the “Yellow Submarine” spectrometer
Structure of unilamellar vesicles of the phospholipid transport nanosystem (PhTNS) is analyzed based on small angle neutron scattering data obtained on the “Yellow Submarine” small angle spectrometer. The experimental measurements were performed on polydispersed vesicular systems of PhTNS and PhTNS-based medical drugs with their various concentrations in heavy water and with different purity of soy-bean phospholipids in the samples. Results of the analysis are presented and discussed in comparison with the characteristic of vesicular systems obtained earlier in the analysis of other small angle scattering data.
