Abstract Description The Multipro® Human Discovery Panel Unlocks Comprehensive Single-Cell Immune Profiling Advancing the understanding of immunology requires tools that capture the complexity and diversity of the human immune system. The Multipro® Human Discovery DNA-barcoded Antibody Panel seamlessly integrates with the 10x Genomics Chromium Single-cell Gene Expression Flex workflow, providing a comprehensive and highly sensitive approach for profiling expression of over 326 validated protein biomarkers at single-cell resolution. With an expansive selection of cell surface, intracellular, signaling and immune pathways, this pre-titrated panel enables researchers to dissect the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying immune responses, autoimmunity, and immunotherapies.
