ETS-related gene as a key factor in curcumin inhibition of glucose metabolism in prostate cancer cells: an in vitro experimental study
This study investigated the effects of curcumin on the proliferation and apoptosis of PCa cells, which may be related to the inhibition of glycolysis, and further explored the pathway involved. The subsequent effect on ERG expression indicated that these effects may be related to this oncogene.
