Comparative evaluation of coronally advanced flap alone and in combination with periosteal pedicle graft in the management of localized gingival recession
Within the limitations of this study, the periosteal pedicle graft combined with the coronally advanced flap technique provided greater root coverage compared to the coronally advanced flap alone, but this difference was not statistically significant.
