Chronic Effects of a Dynamic Stretching and Core Stability Exercise Protocol on Physical Performance in U-16 Volleyball Players
The present study suggests that a 12 weeks of StretCor protocol training improves jump performance, agility, dynamic balance, and upper limb strength in U-16 volleyball players. These findings also support that StretCor protocol may be beneficial for the performance when incorporated into regular training programs for adolescent athletes.
