Double-balloon venous ethanol ablation for postinfarction ventricular tachycardia using a single multilumen catheter
Radiofrequency catheter ablation is one of the effective treatment options for recurrent ventricular tachycardia (VT)1. Ischemic VT can often be treatable by endocardial ablation; however, some patients require an epicardial approach2. In patients with severe pericardial adhesions, such as those with a history of open-heart surgery, a percutaneous epicardial approach is frequently not feasible3,4.
