GDC Cohort Copilot: an AI copilot for curating cohorts from the genomic data commons
We implement and share GDC Cohort Copilot as a containerized Gradio app on HuggingFace Spaces, available at https://huggingface.co/spaces/uc-ctds/GDC-Cohort-Copilot.
