Research on master cylinder pressure control of vehicle brake-by-wire system based on cascade-active disturbance rejection control algorithm
The brake-by-wire (BBW) system is the core component of new energy vehicles and intelligent vehicles, and the pressure construction speed of the main cylinder of the braking system is a key indicator affecting the braking response and safety. In this paper, the Electronic Hydraulic Pumping system is taken as the research object, the hydraulic braking system model is constructed, and the corresponding characteristics of brake pedal force and brake pressure are analyzed in detail, aiming to improve the pressure-building speed and reduce steady-state error, A new brake-assisted motor control strategy based on cascade-active disturbance rejection control algorithm was proposed, and the advantages of the strategy compared with the traditional PID control method were compared through simulation experiments on the pressure response performance of the master cylinder. Finally, the bench test of the electronic hydraulic braking system was designed, and the test conditions of 1.14, 7.41, and 9.62 MPa were used as the test conditions to complete the test verification of the new control strategy. The results show that compared with the traditional PID control, the braking pressure response speed of the electro-hydraulic braking system using cascade-active disturbance rejection control algorithm is increased by 13.3%, and the steady-state error is reduced by more than 50%.
