Prognostic value of antepartum LDH serum levels in predicting adverse maternal outcomes in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy: a prospective cohort study
Antepartum LDH level ≥ 254.7 U/L is a strong, independent predictor of adverse maternal outcomes in patients with HDP. These findings, combined with the test's affordability and accessibility, underscore the potential of LDH as a valuable tool for improving risk stratification, particularly in low-resource settings.
