Characteristics and associated factors of insomnia in gynecological cancer patients: A cross-sectional study
Gynecological cancer patients exhibit high levels of insomnia. Particular attention should be paid to patients with fatigue and pain, with interventions targeting reduction in sleep latency. Clarifying insomnia characteristics and associated factors is helpful to improve sleep quality and provide evidence-based insights for clinical management of gynecological cancer.
