psychological intervention in the whole process of photodynamic therapy nursing
As an important means of tumor treatment, photodynamic therapy is closely related to patients' psychological state. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of targeted psychological nursing intervention on psychological adjustment and therapeutic effect of tumor patients receiving PDT treatment. 100 tumor patients who received PDT from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into intervention group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The intervention group implemented multidimensional psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing, including: ① personalized psychological counseling before PDT; ② Mindfulness decompression in treatment; ③ Continuous psychological support after treatment. The effect was evaluated by hospital anxiety and depression scale, cancer patients' quality of life scale and treatment compliance score. The results show that psychological intervention can improve the treatment effect of PDT by enhancing patients' confidence in treatment.
