Observation of the curative effect of TDP irradiation combined with Chinese medicine soaking on postherpetic neuralgia

To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine stain combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. A total of 62 patients with postherpetic neuralgia with obvious local symptoms were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine stain combined with TDP irradiation, and the control group was treated with microwave irradiation alone, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. The scores of pain intensity before and after treatment were statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.01), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01), and the overall efficacy between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P<0.5). which can effectively reduce pain and improve the depressive symptoms of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
