The Impact of Photodynamic Therapy Frequency on the Efficacy of High-Grade Cervical Squamous Intraepithelial Neoplasia Treatment
This study investigates the therapeutic effects of different frequencies of photodynamic therapy (PDT) on high-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia (HSIL). PDT, as an emerging treatment modality, has shown promising results in managing HSIL, but the optimal treatment frequency remains unclear. By comparing clinical outcomes such as HPV clearance rates, colposcopic pathological complete response rates, and recurrence rates across different PDT frequencies, this study aims to identify the most effective treatment regimen. The goal is to maximize therapeutic benefits while minimizing patient burden.
